My early morning warm up before the UNM invite was 52 minutes.
The 3 mile time was 24:10 minutes.

I was so tired and sweating a lot and I am dropping a lot of weight.
I feel so tired and going back to sleep now.

September 4th Workout

Today morning workout was 42 minutes very slow.My quads still sore and stiff from Tuesday speed 200m speed work.

I like my eating habit nowadays. My stomach have come to agree athletes food.It took me three years reach this level of understanding what when wrong in my body chemistry.

September 1st Workout

I am back on the real schedule: September 1 – First section 60 minutes morning run in the copper hills.

Second section evening run was intervals 200m x 5 – :41.50, 41.47, 41.40, 42.75 and 40.75 after that I felt it.

September 2,2009 I just did long run in the morning for 101 minutes.I can feel the body still breathing well. Today is just one run. Thanks guys.

The morning run was in BullHead Park for 60 minutes with alot of stretches.Evining section was speed of 200mx4:49,46,43,and 39 seconds. along with technician of massues Therapist.I felt great after all the sections of today assignments.

Team Rono Hill Training:22mwp +60mhc +19mcd =101 minutes,I’m still leading the youngsters as soon we hit the hill,here they go and I pace myself until we were back to the house resting and having breakfast.Talking the athletes’ talk.We were thinking for upcoming races.As far as I’m concern I’m racing this weekend in Nashville a mile.

I just did the BullHead Park today for 60 minutes + whirlpool + saunas + steamroom swiming pool + taking a cat nape for most of the day.

The La Luz Trail going up to 10,780 ft for 130 minutes turn around coming down for 156 minutes=What how many minutes total? I felt lighter;however,lighter doesn’t mean I lost alot of weight I’m still standing 170s lbs on my shoulders.

TeamRonoHill: 32 mwp +60mhc +31mcd =123 minutes for this morning. It feels great to be back on the hills.The youngster were not with me this morning, but my pace was not too shabby. It felt as if I was flying with them when in actuality, there were not there;however, I’m just having the good imagination to get the mood of training going.This is the way I trick this old body to get going.
